Mary Ann Wydra has been with Alamo Metro since its inception in 1988. She is a three-time Regional quartet champion, a Sweet Adelines International Certified Master Director, a Certified Music Judge and a Certified Music Arranger. She is one of the five recipients of an international arranger’s scholarship awarded by Sweet Adelines International, Inc. Mary Ann’s original composition, “The Winner’s Song”, was published by the Sweet Adelines International organization. She also wrote and arranged the title song to AMC’s CD, “Let There Be Music”, and she has written and/or arranged a significant portion of AMC’s repertoire. We are very fortunate to have this dynamic and talented lady as our director.
