AMC Had a "Coaching" Weekend! May 16-17, 2025

When Alamo Metro Chorus is ready for some intense education, we invite a Barbershop expert to spend a weekend, and give us the honest scoop on how we are doing. We call it "Coaching", since this expert does just that. This past weekend we had the honor of being coached by the one and only Kim Vaughn!  She started out by letting us know she talked to her husband. She let him know it was Hot in Texas. He said Duh! 

From there is was pretty non-stop, despite the heat! We heard quite quickly what we could improve on, but also reinforcement of what we were doing well. For many, this was their first coaching experience with Kim. Would love to have her on our schedule again - Soon!

PS - For those that don't know, Kim is the red head in the front row, next to the guy with no hair!
